5. Code of Conduct & Moderation
I agree to comply with the Trading Room Code of Conduct and all posted rules.
I understand that:
– Violations may result in warnings, muting, suspension, or removal
– Moderation decisions are final
– Removal for conduct violations may occur without refund
6. No Fiduciary Relationship
I acknowledge that my participation does not create:
– A fiduciary relationship
– An advisory relationship
– A client-advisor relationship
The trading room operator does not act as my broker, advisor, or agent.
7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
I agree that all content shared in the trading room, including but not limited to:
– Charts
– Commentary
– Frameworks
– Educational material is proprietary and protected.
I agree not to:
– Record
– Distribute
– Reproduce
– Rebroadcast any content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that MoneyLab Robotics, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
-Trading losses
– Lost profits
– Indirect or consequential damages
– Technical disruptions
Participation is at my own risk.
9. No Refund Policy (Conduct-Based)
I understand that removal due to violation of conduct rules is non-refundable.
